A graduate’s first few years in the workforce is a turbulent time of change and anxiety as they work to understand their role. Help - I’ve just started teaching! is a valuable resource for students, graduates, room leaders, mentor teachers, centre directors and tertiary staff. It helps to support contextual experience with practical advice and guidance and can be used as a reference tool to support students’ context and practice. It draws on the expertise of practising teachers who share examples of their early experiences.
