An grew up in Belgium. As a child she spent a lot of time drawing and writing and looking after successive generations of guinea-pigs. She moved to London in 1989 to study animation at the Royal College of Art. She has a very successful career as an animator. Her graduation film Little Wolf has won many international awards including Best Film at Annecy 1993. Her new animation series 64 Zoo Lane has been broadcast on BBC1 and BBC2. It's currently showing on CBeebies. An lives in Harrow with her husband and their two children.
